Opel Crossland receives mixed results in TÜV inspection report
The Opel Crossland, a compact crossover that succeeded the Meriva minivan, has been highlighted in the ‘Auto Bild TÜV-Report 2026’. While the vehicle offers practical features such as a spacious interior and a movable rear seat, it carries a brand-typical flaw inherited from its predecessor.
According to the report, the Crossland shows strengths in certain areas, including durable steering joints and a chassis free of rust. Lighting components, such as headlights, taillights, and indicators, also show very low complaint rates during inspections. However, potential used car buyers are advised to conduct thorough checks due to specific recurring issues noted in the report.
