Opel introduces high-performance electric GSE vehicle range

Opel has introduced its new GSE range, a series of high-performance electric vehicles designed for sporty driving. The lineup includes the Opel Corsa GSE, which is currently the brand’s fastest production model.

The Corsa GSE delivers 281 CV and 345 Nm of torque, enabling it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.5 seconds. It features a 54 kWh battery (51 kWh usable) providing a range of up to 374 km under the WLTP cycle. The vehicle supports fast charging, capable of reaching 20% to 80% capacity in 21 minutes at public fast-charging stations.

Technical specifications include a Torsen self-locking differential, a lowered sports chassis with specific axles and stabilizers, and optimized steering and pedal response. Drivers can select between Sport, Normal, and Eco driving modes. The design incorporates carbon black accents, a rear spoiler, and 18-inch wheels equipped with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.
