Opel opens orders for the 2026 Corsa GSE electric hot hatch
Stellantis has officially opened orders for the 2026 Opel Corsa GSE, a new electric performance version of the compact German hatchback. The vehicle features a front-mounted electric motor delivering 281 CV (207 kW) and 345 Nm of torque, enabling an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.5 seconds.
Equipped with a 54 kWh battery, the Corsa GSE offers a WLTP-rated range of up to 374 km. Charging from 20% to 80% is estimated to take approximately 27 minutes. To optimize driving dynamics, the model includes a lowered chassis (25 mm), widened track, Torsen limited-slip differential, and Alcon brakes.
In Italy, the list price starts at 39,900 euros, with promotional financing options available to reduce the price to 36,290 euros. The vehicle is expected to make its public debut at the Paris Motor Show in October 2026, with deliveries anticipated between late 2026 and early 2027.
