Open Heavens for Teens devotional emphasizes mental nourishment

The September 30, 2026, edition of the ‘Open Heavens for Teens’ daily devotional, authored by Pastor E. A. Adeboye and Pastor Folu Adeboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, focuses on the theme of mental nourishment.

Using a Yoruba proverb regarding a bird's strength, the message emphasizes that the quality of information consumed determines an individual's future success. The devotional encourages teenagers to seek knowledge through books, seminars, documentaries, and podcasts that promote godly values, rather than spending excessive time on aimless social media consumption.
