Open House Development launches new condominium in Anjo City

Open House Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Open House Group, has announced the commencement of sales for its new condominium project, ‘Innobas Anjo Terrace’, starting August 29, 2026.

Located in Anjo City, Aichi Prefecture, the development is a 15-story reinforced concrete building consisting of 56 units. The units range from 1LDK to 3LDK layouts, with floor areas between 39.12 and 70.30 square meters. All units are south-facing. The project is expected to be completed in late February 2028, with deliveries scheduled for late March 2028.

The property is situated approximately a 9-minute walk from Anjo Station on the JR Tokaido Main Line, providing convenient access to Mikawa-Anjo Station and the Tokaido Shinkansen.
