OpenAI launches ChatGPT Health service for US users
OpenAI has rolled out a new “Health in ChatGPT” feature for U.S. users aged 18 and older. The service lets users link personal health data – including Apple Health, supported electronic medical‑record systems such as Epic, Oracle Health, One Medical, Function and fitness apps – directly to the chatbot. Over 300 million people already ask ChatGPT health‑related questions each week, and the feature is intended to help users interpret lab results, medication lists, sleep or activity data, and to prepare for medical appointments.
