OpenAI's Daybreak Cyber Partner Program Adds Tenable and SonicWall

Tenable Holdings announced it is joining OpenAI’s Daybreak Cyber Partner Program, aiming to combine OpenAI’s advanced AI models with Tenable’s exposure management platform to improve vulnerability prioritisation and risk reduction for its enterprise customers.

SonicWall also became a founding Trusted Access for Cyber partner in the same programme, planning to embed OpenAI’s GPT‑5.6 Sol model into its security solutions for mid‑market and small‑business customers. The company says the AI integration will enhance threat detection, policy management and incident response across its channel partner network, extending enterprise‑grade protection to organisations that lack large security teams.

Both partnerships reflect a broader move to apply generative AI to cybersecurity workflows, seeking to accelerate defensive actions as threat actors increasingly adopt AI tools.
