OpenPayd integrates with Circle Payments Network for global fiat payments

OpenPayd has integrated with the Circle Payments Network (CPN) to facilitate near-instant global fiat payments for businesses. This integration allows companies to utilize stablecoin infrastructure to settle cross-border transactions while continuing to use traditional fiat currencies without managing their own blockchain technology.

CPN acts as a coordination layer connecting financial institutions to orchestrate payments using regulated stablecoins like USDC and EURC. The system combines the speed of blockchain settlement with existing banking rails and local payment systems. The technology is already being used for international corridors, such as settling payments between euros and Brazilian real, or pound sterling and Mexican pesos.
