OpenPayd targets Nasdaq listing by year-end

London-based payment infrastructure firm OpenPayd aims to complete a Nasdaq listing by the end of 2026. The company is currently in the final stages of SEC review regarding a proposed merger with Titan Acquisition Corp. If successful, the company will trade under the ticker OP.

The planned listing targets a valuation of approximately $1.1 billion. OpenPayd intends to use the capital to fund expansion into the United States, with a goal of launching services for American clients by April 2027. The company recently bolstered its US presence by acquiring MSB USA Inc., gaining 43 state money transmitter licenses.

OpenPayd provides infrastructure for moving funds between traditional currencies and stablecoins, serving clients such as Kraken, B2C2, and OKX. For the fiscal year ending April 30, 2026, the company reported revenue of $73 million, up from $57 million the previous year, with an EBITDA of $13 million.
