OpenRouter, a platform that aggregates over 400 AI large‑model APIs into a single endpoint, has attracted reported acquisition interest valued at several billion dollars.

The company, founded in 2022, serves about 8 million users and processes roughly 100 trillion tokens each month, generating annual revenue near $50 million. It recently completed a $1.13 billion Series B led by CapitalG, raising its post‑money valuation to around $1.3 billion.
