OpenSeniors launches digital training program for seniors in Chile

OpenBeauchef, the innovation center of the University of Chile's Faculty of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, has opened applications for the 2026 edition of ‘OpenSeniors: Formación para Grandes’.

Supported by Entel’s ‘Fondo 55+’, the initiative aims to reduce the digital divide and promote autonomy and inclusion for individuals aged 55 to 70 across Chile. For this initial stage, the program offers 350 training spots focused on digital tools, productivity, and artificial intelligence through a dedicated virtual platform.
