OpenText announced a €105 million investment to expand its Agentic AI and sovereign cloud operations in Ireland, with the plan to create 400 new jobs across Cork and Galway. The expansion is positioned as part of the company’s strategy to use trusted enterprise data as a foundation for AI deployments, and OpenText also became one of the first Canadian firms to join the OECD Global Safe AI Reporting Framework.
In the fiscal fourth quarter, enterprise cloud bookings rose 24.1% year‑over‑year to $295 million and cloud revenue increased 6% to $503 million, marking 22 consecutive quarters of organic cloud growth. Full‑year cloud bookings grew 22.5% to $947 million, and total revenue reached $1.35 billion. The company returned a record $677 million to shareholders through share repurchases and dividends.
