OpenZeppelin completes security audits for StableGold and TxFlow
OpenZeppelin has released security audit reports for two distinct blockchain projects: StableGold by StableGen and the Bridge2 contract for TxFlow.
StableGold is a gold-backed ERC-20 asset-reference token where units represent grams of physical gold. The audit identified 32 total issues, including one high-severity finding and three medium-severity findings, most of which have been resolved. The protocol features oracle-driven pricing, KYC compliance controls, and a cross-chain mint/burn interface.
The TxFlow audit focused on the Bridge2 contract deployed on Arbitrum One, which serves as a custodial USDC bridge connecting to the TxFlow L1. The audit identified 11 total issues, including one medium-severity finding. The bridge utilizes a validator set to authorize cross-chain operations and includes mechanisms for dispute periods, epoch-based validator management, and emergency locking capabilities.
