Opole Region Three-Day Bike Rally Planned for July 24‑26, 2026

The PTTK branch in Racibórz and its Cycling Tourism Commission will organize a three‑day cycling tour called “Poznajemy Opolszczyznę” from 24 to 26 July 2026. The rally starts from Racibórz, with the base camp at the “Żwirek” resort in Luboszyce.

Day 1 covers about 100 km passing through Grzegorzowice, Nieznaszyn, Strzelce Opolskie and other villages before reaching Luboszyce, where participants receive dinner, accommodation and a night’s stay. Day 2 features a 50 km ride in Stobrawa Landscape Park, including a dune at Kosowiec and a visit to a former ironworks site in Zagwiździe. Day 3 returns to Racibórz via Suchy Bór, Kamień Śląski and other locales.

The event is limited to 30 cyclists, with a registration fee of 390 PLN for PTTK members and 410 PLN for non‑members. The fee covers two nights of lodging, meals, insurance and a commemorative stamp. Organisers stress the use of helmets, compliance with traffic rules and that participants join at their own risk, with the rally proceeding regardless of weather conditions.
