Opolskie region conducts consultations for new brand strategy

The Marshal's Office of the Opolskie Voivodeship has commissioned a consortium consisting of the IPC Research Institute and MOQ to develop a new brand strategy for the region. Following image diagnosis and analysis, the project has moved into a consultation phase with journalists and stakeholders.

Research indicates that residents view Opolskie as a very good place to live, characterized by mutual sympathy, reliability, and entrepreneurship. However, there is a perception that these advantages are not well known outside the region. The proposed strategy aims to shift the narrative from youth migration to the value of staying, such as developing family businesses or living close to nature and family while maintaining access to nearby metropolitan areas.

A key element of the proposed direction is the region's proximity to larger cities, highlighted by the 37-minute train journey from Wrocław to Opole. The strategy seeks to frame the region as a place where one can enjoy metropolitan benefits while maintaining a smaller-scale lifestyle.
