Oppenheimer hosts fifth annual Next-Gen Peer-to-Peer Forum
Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. recently hosted its fifth annual Next-Gen Peer-to-Peer Forum at One World Trade Center in New York City. The event brought together approximately 60 financial advisors from across the United States.
Collectively, the participating advisors represent roughly $7.2 billion in assets under management and $41 million in annual revenue. The forum is designed to support the development of emerging leaders within the wealth management industry by providing a platform for exchanging ideas and discussing common professional challenges.
Discussions during the program covered topics such as building scalable practices, developing effective teams, and the integration of artificial intelligence and other technologies. Ed Harrington, Executive Vice President and Head of Oppenheimer’s Private Client Division, stated that the forum reflects the firm’s commitment to investing in the long-term success and development of its next generation of advisors.
