Oppo and vivo announce new flagship smartphone series

Major smartphone manufacturers Oppo and vivo have announced upcoming flagship series focused on advanced imaging technology.

Oppo is set to launch its Find X10 series in China this month. The high-end Find X10 Pro Max is expected to feature a triple 200MP camera system developed in collaboration with Hasselblad, utilizing the “Hasselblad Ultra-Clear Native Camera” system to prioritize natural colors and textures. The series will likely include the Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset and run ColorOS 17. The standard Find X10 model may feature two 200MP sensors and a large battery exceeding 8,000 mAh.

Simultaneously, vivo has confirmed the launch of its X500 series on September 21 in China. The lineup will introduce the Blueprint Imaging platform and the Blueprint LightGuard 900 sensor, which aims to deliver up to 17 stops of dynamic range. The series will support professional video features such as 4K 240fps slow-motion and 4K 120fps HDR. The base X500 has already appeared in the SIRIM database, suggesting an imminent release in Malaysia.
