Oppo launches A7 Pro 5G smartphone alongside mobile and TV tech updates

Oppo has announced the release of the A7 Pro 5G smartphone, priced at 499 euros. The device features a 50-megapixel ‘Wide AI Zoom’ selfie camera with a 100-degree field of view designed to automatically adjust zoom based on the number of people in frame. The phone includes a 6.57-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 1400 nits.

In mobile camera updates, the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max introduce an improved focus feature. Users can double-tap a subject to lock focus for both photos and videos, a function that maintains tracking even if the subject temporarily leaves the frame or when using zoom.

Regarding consumer electronics maintenance, experts suggest performing a power cycle on smart TVs by unplugging them from the wall for 30 seconds to 5 minutes. This process clears the memory cache and can resolve issues with slow apps or unresponsive menus. Additionally, Ziggo users can improve television picture quality by manually adjusting the resolution settings in their Mediabox Next or Next Mini to 2160p.
