OPPO launches XiaoBu Next AI program for Find X8/X9 and OnePlus devices

On July 27, OPPO officially launched the XiaoBu Next program, an on‑device multi‑agent AI system that includes the industry’s first full‑domain memory architecture. The initiative opens a co‑creation recruitment phase, inviting users and AI developers to test and expand the platform.

XiaoBu Next integrates more than 100 system capabilities such as note‑taking, photo and document organization, and supports third‑party agents and skills. It operates primarily on the device, using a full‑time intent‑sensing engine to anticipate user needs based on context like time, location, weather and device status.

The first batch of supported smartphones includes the OPPO Find X8 and X9 series as well as OnePlus 13, 13T, 15 and 15T models. OPPO chief product officer Liu Zuohu described the launch as a turning point for AI phones, emphasizing proactive intelligence that serves users rather than requiring them to issue commands.
