Ops! Mobile and Ehiweb Mobile launch 5G services on TIM network

Ops! Mobile and Ehiweb Mobile have begun commercializing new 5G SIM services utilizing the Full MVNO platform of Retelit on the TIM network. This transition follows Retelit obtaining general authorization to operate as a Full MVNO in November 2025.

Ops! Mobile, part of the Ops! Italia Group, is offering six 5G tariff plans with two distinct connectivity profiles: a base profile capped at 250 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload, and a full profile reaching up to 2 Gbps download and 300 Mbps upload. Prices range from 2.00 to 14.99 euros per month. New SIMs feature the 3740 prefix, with eSIM support expected in 2027.

Ehiweb Mobile, the mobile brand of Bologna-based Ehinet, is also launching 5G offers on the new infrastructure. Existing customers must replace their current SIM cards to remain on the new platform. The shift moves services from previous 2G and 4G limitations to enhanced 5G capabilities, utilizing the new 3740 numbering prefix and specific ICCID serials.
