Opuzen hosts humanitarian concert to aid Omiš fire victims

The humanitarian concert ‘Opuzen za Omiš’ was held at Vrtletini in Opuzen to raise funds and support for those affected by major fires in the Omiš area. The event utilized music and donations to provide aid to the victims.

Organized by Klapa Na Kantunu Opuzen, the musical evening featured performances by several groups, including Klapa Kolajna, Klapa Sv. Nikola, Klapa Staglin, KUD Sv. Stipan, ŽVS Lancarice, and the Mandolinski orkestar KUD-a Metković.

Mayor Ivan Mataga expressed satisfaction with the gathering, noting that the tradition of klapa singing has long connected Opuzen and Omiš. He highlighted the community's solidarity and willingness to assist those in need during this crisis.
