Oracle executives hold zero-value stock options amid revenue growth
Oracle Corporation executives, including co-founder Larry Ellison and co-CEOs Clay Magouyrk and Mike Sicilia, held stock options with zero intrinsic value as of the end of fiscal year 2026. While the accounting fair value of these options at the time of grant totaled approximately $988.12 million, the stock price at the end of the fiscal year was below the exercise prices of $280.07 for Ellison and $308.46 for Magouyrk and Sicilia.
In terms of corporate performance, Oracle reported fiscal year 2026 total revenue of $67.4 billion, a 17% increase. Cloud revenue rose 39% to $34 billion, while cloud infrastructure revenue grew 77% to $18.1 billion. The company reported operating cash flow of $32 billion.
Regarding institutional activity, Violich Capital Management Inc. reduced its Oracle holdings by 10.8% during the third quarter, leaving the fund with 158,203 shares. Conversely, other institutional investors have adjusted positions, with Bank of New York Mellon Corp purchasing a new stake and Capital Research Global Investors increasing its position by 29.3%.
