Oracle Japan recognizes engineers from CNS and Systemexe

Several Japanese technology firms have had employees recognized in the ‘2026 OCI Top Partner Engineers Program’ hosted by Oracle Japan. This program honors engineers who demonstrate deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and contribute to the growth of the OCI ecosystem and customer success.

CNS Co., Ltd. announced that Toru Tokuhisa was selected as the company’s first recipient of this award. CNS has been actively utilizing OCI since the opening of the Oracle Cloud Tokyo region in 2019 and offers OCI-related services through its ‘U-Way’ brand.

Systemexe Co., Ltd. reported that two employees, Kazuhiro Matsuzo and Mayuko Morita, were selected for the second consecutive year. Both engineers hold the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional certification and have extensive experience in project management for OCI implementation.
