Corporate earnings: Oracle, PVH, Daktronics, and SAIC report fiscal results
Several major corporations reported their latest fiscal results.
Oracle Corp is facing market volatility as rising bond yields impact its debt-heavy strategy to fund AI data center expansion. Despite a significant drop in market capitalization and negative free cash flow in fiscal 2026, analysts at Bernstein SocGen Group have maintained a ‘Buy’ rating, setting a 12-month price target of $325 based on expected growth in cloud infrastructure revenue. The company holds a massive $638 billion contracted backlog, though much of this revenue is expected to be recognized over the next three years.
PVH Corp reported second-quarter results that included a $439 million accounting charge resulting in an operating loss, though it reaffirmed its full-year outlook. Separately, the company's quarterly earnings beat consensus estimates with an EPS of $3.70.
Daktronics, Inc. reported a strong first quarter for fiscal 2027, with sales growing 7.1% to $234.6 million and diluted earnings per share rising 21.2% to $0.40. The company maintains a product backlog exceeding $300 million.
SAIC reported second-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue of $1.88 billion, a 6% year-over-year increase. While net income fell 20% to $102 million, the company raised its full-year guidance for revenue, adjusted EBITDA, and earnings per share.
