Oracle reports record Q4 revenue and sets $90 billion 2027 target
Oracle released its fiscal 2026 fourth‑quarter results on June 10, posting revenue of $19.2 billion, up 21% year‑over‑year and surpassing analyst expectations. Non‑GAAP earnings per share jumped 34% to $5.83.
Growth was led by the cloud and infrastructure segments, with Infrastructure‑as‑a‑Service revenue climbing 84% to $4.89 billion and overall cloud revenue rising about 50%. The company lifted its fiscal‑2027 revenue outlook to $90 billion and raised adjusted EPS guidance to $8.05.
Even with the strong numbers, Oracle’s stock slipped roughly 2.2% after the close as investors weighed the sustainability of the growth and noted that part of the profit increase stemmed from one‑time items, including the sale of the Ampere business and Bloom Energy warrants. The report also disclosed capex of $48.25 billion, a free‑cash‑flow deficit of $24.74 billion, and a 325% surge in remaining performance obligations to $553 billion.
