Institutional investors increase stakes in Oracle

Caitong International Asset Management Co. Ltd added 5,775 shares of Oracle Corp., bringing its holding to 17,290 shares worth about $3.37 million. SG Trading Solutions LLC bought a new position of 8,479 Oracle shares valued at roughly $1.65 million. The purchases are part of broader activity by hedge funds and institutional investors that collectively own about 42 % of Oracle’s stock.

Oracle reported fourth‑quarter earnings of $2.11 per share, beating expectations, with revenue of $19.18 billion, up 20.6 % year‑over‑year. The company announced a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share (annualized $2.00) and its shares opened at $184.66, with a market cap of $531 billion.
