Oradea Fortress to host ‘Impossible Dream’ vocal-symphonic concert

The Oradea Fortress will host a vocal-symphonic concert titled ‘Impossible Dream’ on Friday, August 28. Part of the INIȚIO 2026 program, the outdoor event is scheduled to begin at 21:00.

Directed by Jankó Zsolt, the performance features the Oradea State Philharmonic Orchestra and the Art Nouveau Choir. Soloists include Christina Pantea on vocals, tenor Nicolae Bejan, and Dániel Szabó on Irish flute.

The repertoire consists of 14 works spanning various styles and eras, centered on themes of dreams and transformation. Featured pieces include ‘Feeling Good’, ‘Caruso’, ‘The Prayer’, ‘Shallow’, and the titular song ‘The Impossible Dream’ from the musical ‘Man of La Mancha’.
