Orange España expands Google Cloud alliance for AI operations

Orange España has expanded its strategic partnership with Google Cloud to accelerate the company’s digital transformation through large-scale artificial intelligence integration.

The telecommunications provider has transitioned from isolated pilots to implementing an ‘AI Factory’ across the entire organization. Orange España has already deployed over 1,000 customized AI agents using Google Cloud’s Gemini Enterprise. These tools are designed to optimize internal operations and assist customer service teams in resolving inquiries more rapidly.

To support this operational scale, the company is providing AI capabilities directly to employees via a low-code environment. This approach aims to reduce technical barriers, prevent IT bottlenecks, and allow staff to automate daily workflows while maintaining enterprise-level security and centralized coordination.
