Orange España rebrands following MasOrange ownership transition

MasOrange has officially rebranded to Orange España following the French Group Orange's acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in the company. This transaction, valued at approximately 4.25 billion euros, concluded the ownership transition from Lorca, involving funds such as Providence, KKR, and Cinven.

In conjunction with these structural changes, Orange Cyberdefense has appointed Victor Manuel Hernández Gómez as the new Country Manager for Spain. Hernández, formerly a Managing Director at Accenture, is tasked with accelerating commercial development and strengthening the company's cybersecurity market position in Spain. He will work alongside the MasOrange group to integrate the subsidiary's growth with the broader corporate strategy.
