Orange increases Livebox cancellation fees and equipment penalties

Orange has increased the cancellation fees for its Livebox internet subscriptions. As of August 20, 2026, the cost to terminate a contract has risen from 60 € to 69 €. This change applies to all Livebox offers and also affects Sosh, Orange’s low-cost brand, despite its no-commitment service model.

In addition to higher cancellation fees, the operator has increased penalties for failing to return equipment. For newer models like the Livebox 6, the non-return penalty has risen from 200 € to 300 €. Older models, such as the Livebox 5, now face a 200 € penalty, up from 100 €. Other equipment, including Flybox and TV decoders, also see increased penalties of 300 €. Monthly subscription prices remain unchanged.
