Orange launches device insurance while Samsung Galaxy A56 5G sees price cuts

Orange has partnered with insurer Zurich to launch a mobile insurance service for smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches. The coverage, starting at 1.50 euros per month, includes protection against accidental damage from drops and liquids, as well as coverage for both theft and larceny. Customers can activate the service up to 90 days after purchasing a device through Orange, provided the equipment is in good condition.

Separately, the Samsung Galaxy A56 5G is seeing price reductions on AliExpress. The mid-range smartphone features a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED 120 Hz display, an Exynos 1580 processor, 8 GB of RAM, and a 50 MP camera. The device also includes IP67 water and dust resistance.
