Orange Maroc launches Smart Message Plus platform with Infobip

Orange Maroc has upgraded its Smart Message service to a new version called Smart Message Plus. The solution, developed together with global cloud‑communications provider Infobip, consolidates multiple digital channels—WhatsApp, e‑mail and social‑media platforms—into a single interface for enterprise customers.

Smart Message Plus adds automation, personalization and artificial‑intelligence features, allowing businesses in sectors such as banking, finance, retail, health and education to send transactional notifications, run personalized campaigns, issue automated reminders, track orders and conduct real‑time conversations. Mohamed Bennis, director of B2B sales at Orange Maroc, said the rollout is intended to help companies move beyond basic connectivity by centralising and streamlining customer interactions across all digital touchpoints.
