Orbaneja del Castillo features unique waterfalls and limestone cliffs

Orbaneja del Castillo is a small village located in northern Burgos, within the Hoces del Alto Ebro y Rudrón Natural Park in Castilla y León. The village is characterized by stone houses built into a limestone amphitheater overlooking the Ebro canyon.

A unique natural phenomenon defines the town, where a waterfall emerges from the Cueva del Agua, a karst spring. This water flows through the urban center, descending via natural terraces and small pools that integrate directly into the village streets and neighborhoods.
