Oregon Ducks roster depth and talent highlighted ahead of 2026 season

The Oregon Ducks are building significant roster depth and talent as they prepare for the 2026 college football season. PFF has ranked the Ducks' quarterback room as the deepest in the country, led by Dante Moore, who is returning for his third season after a performance featuring 30 passing touchdowns. The room is bolstered by depth including Dylan Raiola, a former starter at Nebraska.

On the defensive side, the team is seeing progress from both veterans and newcomers. Defensive end Matayo Uiagalelei has undergone a physical transformation, losing 25 pounds through a dedicated diet to improve his performance in pass rushing and run defense. Coach Kamran Araghi noted that this commitment has helped Uiagalelei in every facet of his game.

Additionally, several true freshmen are emerging as key prospects during summer camp. Defensive back Devin Jackson has earned praise from teammates and Coach Dan Lanning, while five-star offensive line prospect Immanuel Iheanacho is being recognized for his potential to become a cornerstone of the unit.
