Oregon State University athletics report wins in basketball and soccer

Oregon State University athletics reported recent results across basketball and soccer. The men's basketball team defeated the University of Victoria 104-70 in Victoria, British Columbia, during their summer tour of Canada. Led by Chris Johnson with 24 points, the Beavers shot 55.2 percent from the floor and secured their second consecutive win on the tour.

In women's soccer, Oregon State secured its first win of the season with a 5-0 victory over Bushnell. The team is scheduled to travel to Ogden to face Weber State this coming Sunday.
