O’Reilly Auto Parts to occupy former Rite Aid in Kingston, NY

O’Reilly Auto Parts has purchased the former Rite Aid location at 351 Flatbush Avenue in Kingston, New York. Royal Properties Inc. announced the sale of the property, which is situated on a 1.47-acre corner parcel at the intersection of Route 32 and Route 9W.

The site features an 11,180-square-foot freestanding building and includes more than 40 parking spaces. The new retail location will join a surrounding shopping area that includes businesses such as Target, Kohl’s, and ShopRite.
