Oreo launches limited-edition Gingerbread Cakesters

Oreo is releasing a new holiday-themed product, Oreo Cakesters Gingerbread, ahead of the traditional Christmas snack season. The limited-time treats, consisting of gingerbread-flavored cakes with vanilla creme, are already appearing in CVS stores across the United States.

A wider release is scheduled for October 19 at various retailers, including Albertsons, Kroger, Publix, and Meijer. Early estimates suggest a 10-count box will cost approximately $4.99. The return of the Cakesters line has generated significant interest online, as the product line was previously discontinued in 2012.
