ORF announces new comedy series and musical event

ORF programming 2HOT2DRIVE Starnacht aus der Wachau Austrian television comedy miniseries

ORF has announced several upcoming programming highlights. The comedy miniseries ‘2HOT2DRIVE’, directed by Kurdwin Ayub, is scheduled to air on September 22 and 29, 2026, on ORF 1. The series stars Christoph Fritz as a driving instructor and Elif Duygu as a student, utilizing an improvisational style.

Additionally, the ‘Starnacht aus der Wachau’ season finale will be broadcast live on September 19, 2026, on ORF 2. Hosted by Barbara Schöneberger and Hans Sigl, the event features various musical performances in the Wachau region, including appearances by Peggy March, Nino de Angelo, and the return of Graf with Unheilig.
