ORF Burgenland to launch new series on community and learning

ORF Burgenland will launch a new television series titled ‘Miteinander leben. Voneinander lernen’ (Living Together. Learning from Each Other) on August 31, 2026. The series aims to highlight positive examples of community cohesion and lifelong learning across various regions of Burgenland.

During a press briefing, officials including Education Councilor Daniela Winkler and ORF State Director Werner Herics presented the program's focus. The series will feature diverse stories, such as a kindergarten teacher pursuing a degree in her 50s, reading mentors for primary school children, and inclusive sports activities in Oberwart. The initiative seeks to showcase the spirit of mutual support and intergenerational connection characteristic of the region.
