ORG Reciclados fined over 600,000 pesos in Ciudad Juárez

The recycling company ORG Reciclados has been fined more than 600,000 pesos following a significant fire in the Satélite neighborhood of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. The sanctions, totaling 410,585 and 234,620 pesos respectively, were issued by the municipal Ecology Directorate.

In addition to the environmental impact caused by the fire on August 1, inspectors discovered administrative irregularities. The company was found to be operating across three contiguous plots of land despite only possessing legal permits for a single location. Consequently, authorities have ordered the closure of all three premises to ensure regulatory compliance and protect nearby residential areas.
