Organizational studies in Ecuador link commitment and digital communication to productivity
Recent studies in Ecuador have examined the impact of organizational structures on employee performance and retention within public and telecommunications sectors.
In the Cotopaxi province, research into a public institution found a statistically significant relationship between organizational commitment and talent retention. The study identified affective, continuous, and normative commitment as key dimensions. Proposed strategies aim to strengthen these links to increase employee satisfaction, reduce turnover costs, and improve overall organizational productivity.
In Guayaquil, an analysis of the Corporación Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (CNT EP) focused on the influence of Organizational Communication 4.0 on data-based labor productivity. The findings indicate that digital communication, information flow, and technological integration positively correlate with productivity. The study suggests that utilizing digital tools and data-driven management improves operational efficiency and decision-making, recommending further technological modernization and digital training.
