Orient Express and Guerlain launch Ocean Rebirth wellness program

Orient Express Sailing Yachts and Guerlain have introduced ‘Ocean Rebirth,’ a holistic wellness program designed for guests aboard the luxury sailing yachts. The initiative is built upon four pillars: nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and sleep, aiming to support vitality and longevity through personalized care.

Each guest undergoes a pre-journey assessment to create a tailored program that includes individual consultations, small-group workshops, and guided sessions. The nutritional component of the program was developed by Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno in collaboration with Guerlain specialists.

To enhance the experience, the program utilizes Guerlain’s LongeviSkin device, which integrates technologies such as LED, plasma, and radiofrequency, alongside Theragun recovery tools. Five wellness specialists accompany guests to lead activities including breathwork, meditation, crystal bowl sound baths, and deep-tissue massages.
