Origin Toshu launches anniversary Hoikool Bento
Origin Toshu Co., Ltd., an Aeon Group company, has launched the ‘Hoikool Bento’ to celebrate its 60th anniversary. The product, which recreates flavors from the company’s founding era as a Chinese restaurant, is available at Kitchen Origin and Origin Bento locations.
The bento features a sweet and savory seasoning made with miso, sweet bean sauce, sesame oil, and garlic. It is designed to include half of the daily recommended vegetable intake of 350 grams. A ‘Stamina Hoikool Bento’ variant, which includes fried chicken and fried dumplings, is also being offered.
To mark the anniversary, the standard Hoikool Bento is being sold at a special price of 582 yen (including tax) through September 30. Starting October 1, the price will increase to 646 yen. The Stamina version will also see a price adjustment from 831 yen to 896 yen after September 30.
