Oriom Group launches Oriom Realty to expand into Odisha real estate

Oriom Group, a diversified industrial conglomerate, has launched a new real estate vertical called Oriom Realty. Headquartered in Bhubaneswar, the new entity will develop residential, retail, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects across Odisha, with an initial focus on Bhubaneswar and other emerging growth corridors in the state.

The move marks the company's expansion after 21 years of operations in sectors including steel, power, specialty chemicals, and refractories. The group aims to leverage its existing engineering, financial, and project execution capabilities to meet the rising demand for modern urban infrastructure driven by Odisha's economic development and urbanization goals.
