Fondazione Fiera Milano opens ‘Prototipi di Futuro’ exhibition
Fondazione Fiera Milano, in collaboration with Assolombarda, has launched the exhibition ‘Prototipi di Futuro’ (Prototypes of the Future) in Milan. The exhibition explores the history of innovation, tracing the evolution of technologies from industrial machinery and household appliances to telecommunications and automation. Utilizing archival photographs, posters, and advertisements from the Fondazione Fiera Milano Historical Archive, the display creates a dialogue between past technological milestones and contemporary advancements.
The event is part of the ‘Ces Unveiled Milan’ initiative, marking the first time the European leg of the ‘Road to Ces’—promoting the Consumer Electronics Show (CES)—has arrived in Italy. The exhibition aims to demonstrate how innovation becomes integrated into daily life and highlights the role of trade fairs in making new technologies visible to the public and businesses alike.
Other cultural events across Italy include the launch of the ‘Mondo da scoprire’ campaign for Artigiano in Fiera 2026, a jazz and soul tour featuring Frank McComb in Pesaro, and various regional art and music showcases ranging from the ‘Orizzonte Praiano’ gallery in the Amalfi Coast to underground music festivals in Ancona.
