Orlando City defeats Toronto FC 3-0 behind Griezmann goal

Orlando City SC secured a 3-0 victory over Toronto FC, extending their unbeaten streak to five matches and climbing to sixth place in the Eastern Conference. Antoine Griezmann continued his prolific form, scoring for the fifth consecutive game and marking his eighth goal in ten appearances since joining the club this summer.

Griezmann opened the scoring in the first minute of stoppage time in the first half following an assist from Zakaria Taifi. The victory was bolstered by rookie Harvey Sarajian, who scored his first career MLS goal in the 82nd minute, and Iván Angulo, who sealed the win with a goal in second-half stoppage time.

The win significantly impacts the playoff race, moving Orlando into a stronger position for the postseason. Meanwhile, the loss snapped Toronto FC’s seven-game unbeaten streak, leaving them one spot away from a final playoff berth in the Eastern Conference.
