Orlando hosts Nosferatu-themed film screenings and immersive theater
Orlando is hosting several themed productions and screenings centered on the classic vampire figure, Nosferatu.
The Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts will host a screening of the 1922 silent film ‘Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror’ on October 31, accompanied by an original score performed by organist and composer Cameron Carpenter. Additionally, the Enzian Theater will screen the film on October 25 with a live score by the Fernwood String Quartet.
The Renaissance Theatre Co. is presenting an immersive, adults-only production titled ‘Nosferatu: The Citadel,’ which runs through November 7. This 360-degree production is paired with an aftershow called ‘VBar: The Awakening,’ featuring live music, dancers, and drag performances.
