Orocuina receives machinery to improve roads in nine villages

The municipality of Orocuina, located in Choluteca, has received new heavy machinery to improve road infrastructure across its nine villages. The equipment delivered includes a 4x4 backhoe and a crawler tractor, intended for opening and maintaining roads to facilitate the transport of local production.

National Congress President Tomás Zambrano participated in the delivery, praising Mayor Alejandro Osorto for his ongoing efforts to coordinate with legislative and state institutions in Tegucigalpa. Zambrano noted that the equipment is part of a promise to support productive zones and rural communities. Additional machinery, including a tractor, a water tank, and a dump truck, is expected to be delivered in the coming weeks.
