Orès Collective promotes Florian Girardot to AI Transformation Director

Orès Collective has announced the promotion of Florian Girardot to the position of AI Transformation Director. Previously serving as Head of AI & VFX at the group's creative production agency, Band Originale, Girardot will now be responsible for structuring and harmonizing artificial intelligence usage across the entire group.

The strategic objective is to transition AI from a specialized expertise into an integrated reflex within all business lines, from creation to production. Girardot's roadmap includes establishing a common foundation of tools, training, and best practices, as well as creating a collective memory to capitalize on project experiences. The initiative aims to automate low-value tasks to allow teams to focus more on creativity while accelerating production processes and ensuring quality and rights management.

Girardot brings 17 years of experience in animation and visual effects, having worked at international studios such as DreamWorks Animation, DNEG, Sony Pictures Imageworks, and MPC. His film credits include Alita: Battle Angel and Deadpool 2. He joined Orès Collective in 2025 and notably contributed to the Quechua campaign ‘Beyond the Tests’.
