Orthodox clergy hold community and pastoral meetings in Romania and Moldova

Priests from the Zărand pastoral-missionary circle met in Cintei, Romania, to discuss the role of the Christian family. Led by Father Nicolae Rădulescu, the meeting featured a presentation by Father Nicu Breda regarding the teachings of the Holy Fathers on family life, marriage, and child-rearing.

In Moldova, Father Andrei Apetrei, a priest in Cahul, coordinated the ‘Community and Communion’ project. This initiative aimed to transform parishes into active community spaces through social engagement. The project included training for 16 priests in areas such as supporting vulnerable families, preventing domestic violence, and promoting social inclusion. The program also facilitated youth camps in Cahul and Căușeni to strengthen ties between clergy and parishioners.
